Homogenizers have the purpose to reduce fat globules in the milk to distribute them evenly and make a homogen milk solution. In the dairy and food processing industry mainly two stage homogenizers are used. The milk is broken apart in the first stage, the second stage breaks the clumps and reduces the globules’ size.
Usually our company offers homogenizers at capacities ranging from 1000 or 2000 l/h, through 5000 l/h up to 10000 LPH.
